Wash potatoes...peel them and wash again in running water
Cut in french fries shape.. you can use French fries cutter it's easily available in market
Let hot oil in kadahi on high flame
Add besan and salt in potatoes... mix well
Pour in kadahi and fry until it float
Remove from oil and keep on a kitchen nepkin to remove extra oil
Serve hot with sauce and chatani
